Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ACEN/CCNE)
• Current and unrestricted RN license in US state
• English proficiency required for direct patient care
• Foreign nursing education requires credential evaluation when applicable

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for wound care patients
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and patient education
• Administer medications and procedures per policy
• Lead and influence care outcomes through evidence-based practices
• Support wound management including ostomy and continence care
• Contribute to development and revision of policies and procedures
