SolutionHealth's wound care team at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH is hiring for a registered nurse to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will create a therapeutic environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to support safe, effective wound management.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical standards. Monday–Friday days; per diem availability may be considered.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• New Hampshire RN License or Compact State RN License required.
• Hire after May 2015 must have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher; must commit to achieving the degree if not already.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers care to patients and families using the nursing process.
• Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
• Practices in accordance with professional standards and ethics.
• Involves patient/family in goal setting and planning of care.
• Communicates plan of care to patient, family, and colleagues for seamless care.
• Maintains accountability for professional growth and unit operations.
