Job summary

Shalom Gardens Health and Rehab in Richmond, VA seeks a Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) for a full-time day shift to provide expert wound care and patient support.

You will assess and treat wounds, collaborate with the IDT, document outcomes, and educate staff and patients on best practices while ensuring facility compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license valid in Virginia.
• Wound care certification preferred (CWCN/WCC).
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
