Salary Range: $100k - $110k

Responsibilities:

  • Expertly tend to all open wounds, including changing, cleansing, and dressing with precision.
  • Complete all necessary admission paperwork meticulously and document residents' care comprehensively.
  • Provide unwavering support and guidance to residents and their families.
  • Diligently monitor residents' wound status and administer essential medication or treatments as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to our rigorous infection-control policies, ensuring the safety of both residents and our dedicated team.
  • Ensure the delivery of top-quality care by upholding our facility's standards and care protocols.
  • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.

Requirements:

  • A valid RN or LPN license in the State of New York.
  • Wound and ostomy certification.
