Base pay range

$200.00/hr - $350.00/hr

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have advanced clinical knowledge in wound management and the ability to provide high-quality care in home-based or clinical settings across Manhattan. This is a flexible, per-diem opportunity with competitive compensation for qualified professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive initial client assessments
• Provide ongoing wound care treatments and RN visits
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs
• Accurately document client progress and wound healing
• Communicate effectively with physicians, care coordinators, and other healthcare providers
• Educate patients and family members on proper wound care techniques and follow-up instructions

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Required
• Active NY RN License - Required
• Must hold one of the following certifications:
• CWCN (Certified Wound Care Nurse)
• CWOCN (Certified Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurse)
• WCC (Wound Care Certified)
• Minimum of 3 years of recent wound care experience
• Willingness and ability to travel to assignments in Manhattan
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Location:

Manhattan, NYC

Schedule:

Per-diem / As-needed

Compensation:

• Client Initial Assessment: $350/hour
• Hourly RN Visit: $200/hour
