AVIR Health Group in Lindale, TX is seeking a qualified Wound Care Nurse to join our family-focused team. You will maintain skin integrity, administer physician-prescribed treatments, and ensure accurate documentation in line with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Texas Nursing License is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year wound care experience in hospital, SNF, or related setting.
• Infection control and prevention knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal/state regs.

Qualifications for Wound Care Nurse:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.

• Valid CPR Certification.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a wound care capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.

• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.

• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
