Bella Terra LaGrange, part of Legacy Healthcare LLC, is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to join our compassionate team. You will support wound care delivery for residents, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, helping ensure safety and high-quality care on every shift.

The role requires an Illinois nursing license and CPR certification, with a preference for at least one year of wound care experience.

Qualifications

• Must have Illinois nursing license and CPR certification.
• Wound care experience preferred (1 year).
• Ability to lift and reposition residents.
• Provide wound care under supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Deliver wound care to residents under supervision.
• Assist the Treatment Doctor and wound care team.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and ensure safety.

As a Wound Care Nurse you are instrumental in improving the lives of our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra LaGrange by providing support to the Treatment Doctor and wound care team, assisting the patients with the delivery of wound care services under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, with lifting, turning and repositioning of residents during the delivery of wound care, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a License, an unencumbered State of Illinois and C.P.R. certification. One (1) year of Wound Care experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
