Walk-ins welcome daily and a supportive team culture is emphasized. Qualified candidates hold a Texas nursing license, CPR certification, and wound care experience, with knowledge of infection control and long-term care standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of wound care experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related program.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Knowledge of long-term care operational standards per Federal Register and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain skin integrity and administer physician-prescribed wound care treatments.
• Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards.
• Collaborate with care teams to support patient outcomes and safety.
• Apply infection control practices and procedures as required.

Qualifications for Wound Care Nurse:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
