Job summary

Westwood Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to join our team. The role focuses on providing primary skin care to residents under medical direction, emphasizing treatment of skin disorders in a supportive environment.

We offer full-time day shifts (3x12-hour) with weekend rotation, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits including health vision and dental, 401k match, PTO, and ongoing training. Wound care experience and licensure as RN or LPN in CO are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN in CO
• Wound care experience required
• Wound Care Certification preferred

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN in CO

Wound care experience required

Wound Care Certification preferred

Rate: $45-$50/hour, rate depending on experience and whether the license level is RN or LPN
