Beaver Dam Health Care Center is looking for an experienced and motivated Wound Care Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As part of our team, you assess wounds incurred through accidents and surgical procedures to determine both immediate treatment needs and long‑term treatment plans. You make regular rounds to patients in your care, coordinate with supervising physicians regarding case management, and liaise between families and health care administrators. Before the patient is discharged, you educate patients and families on care practices and methods to promote wellness and healing. You must be a licensed registered nurse (RN) to be considered for this position.
