The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree, an active Michigan NP license, and at least 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in wound care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
• Experience in wound care or chronic disease management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound care assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications within scope and protocol.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support healing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
