Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner) to join the wound care team in Athens, GA. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with no on-call responsibilities, providing care to wound care and hyperbaric oxygen patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will work alongside physicians to assess, diagnose, and manage wounds, collect data, document, order labs, and oversee Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Georgia with National Certification.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a NP in wound care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to wound care patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Oversee patients undergoing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Document data, order labs and schedule studies.
• Augment physician services and coordinate patient care.
