Skilled Wound Care is hiring a Nurse Practitioner specializing in wound care to manage patient outcomes across nursing facilities. The role is mobile and facility-based, requiring daily travel between sites with a personal vehicle and valid driver's license.

The position includes extensive training, company-provided CME, and a compensation package aligned with national wound care NP averages. Collaboration with a physician-led team supports clinical growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted NP license in the state of practice.
National board certification required (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty).
Wound care experience preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
DEA registration or willingness to obtain.
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and be comfortable with significant daily driving between nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities using debridement and advanced dressings.
Work within a collaborative, physician-led team model to support patient outcomes.
Travel between multiple patient locations daily with a reliable personal vehicle.
Participate in CME and company-provided training programs.
