Job summary

Recruit Secure is looking for experienced RN Nurse Practitioners to join a leading Healthcare organization in Bowling Green, KY. The role involves providing support in Skilled Nursing homes, leading a Wound Prevention Program, and collaborating with nursing teams to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years’ experience in the care and treatment of wounds.
• In-depth understanding of Wound Care protocols and treatments.
• Ability to train Nursing teams on policies and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wound Prevention Program in the facility.
• Support 1 or 2 facilities for quality care.
• Improve quality of care and reduce re-hospitalizations.
