Job summary

Skilled Wound Care seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive wound care in nursing facilities. You’ll join a physician-led team, travel between locations daily, and use advanced dressings and debridement to improve patient outcomes.

Thorough training is provided with CME, conferences and workshops. Base pay ranges from $120,000 to $145,000 annually, with potential to exceed $171,000+ through bonuses and additional services. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP from an accredited institution.
• Active NP license in state of practice.
• National board certification (FNP/AGNP) required.
• Wound care training provided; prior experience preferred but not required.
• DEA registration or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license andReliable personal vehicle for daily travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care to patients in nursing facilities with debridement and advanced dressings.
• Work within a physician‑led team to improve patient outcomes.
• Travel between multiple patient locations daily using a company‑provided or personal vehicle.
