Job summary

Korzen Health seeks a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to lead the Wound Care Clinic program in the Omaha, NE market, collaborating with Healogics and CHI Health Immanuel. The role is outpatient, daytime hours about 40 per week, with appointments only and no walk-ins.

The clinic is integrated with CHI Health Immanuel and the candidate will work with a full clinical team. Candidates must have at least 1 year of NP experience with procedural skills (suturing, debridement, I&D).

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license.
• Current DEA License.
• Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Demonstrated procedural experience (e.g., suturing, I&D).
• Strong clinical judgment, patient-centered approach, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Wound Care Clinic program in the Omaha, NE market, collaborating with Healogics and CHI Health Immanuel.
• Provide procedural wound care including suturing, debridement, and I&D.
• Coordinate with a full clinical team and support staff to ensure patient care.
• Maintain appointment-based care with daytime hours and no night shifts or on-call responsibilities.
