Job summary

Korzen Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to lead a comprehensive wound care clinic in Springfield, MA, collaborating with Healogics and Wing Hospital. This role emphasizes hands-on procedures, complex wound management, and delivering specialized patient care in an outpatient setting.

The NP will work a 40-hour weekday schedule in a highly procedural environment with strong clinical support, integrated workflows, and opportunities for leadership and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP license.
• Current DEA license.
• Certified NP (NP-C).
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience.
• Strong procedural background with wound care procedures such as debridement, I&D, suturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound care procedures including debridement, I&D, suturing.
• Manage acute and chronic wounds in adult/geriatric patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to promote healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
