Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking MDs or DOs to join as mobile wound care physicians in nursing facilities. You will practice pure medicine with full clinical autonomy, making patient-centered decisions while we handle contracts and billing.

As a 1099 independent contractor, enjoy freedom from hospital overhead and no on-call duties. Starting pay ranges around $220,000–$250,000 annually, with potential to reach $300,000+ through additional services and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Medical doctor with MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
• Active Louisiana medical license and DEA registration.
• Familiarity with wound care and geriatric patient management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on wound care in nursing facilities as a mobile clinician.
• Make clinical decisions and manage patient outcomes with minimal overhead.
• Operate as a 1099 independent contractor; we handle contracts and billing.
