Job summary
Skilled Wound Care – a mobile wound care physician group – is seeking a Wound Care LVN/LPN to serve as Regional Clinical Liaison. The role involves daily regional travel to SNFs, coordinating physician visits, and educating nursing staff.
You will help expand services into new markets and track outcomes. You must hold an active LVN/LPN license with wound care and long-term care experience, be comfortable on the road, and willing to travel out-of-state for launches.
Qualifications
- Active LVN/LPN license is required.
- Experience in long-term care and wound care is required.
- Willingness to travel regionally and out of state.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with SWC wound care physicians to grow full, productive practices in your region.
- Travel daily to SNFs to support patient care and facilities.
- Provide wound care education and in-services for nursing staff.
- Collect and report patient healing outcomes and visit data.
- Build relationships with facility leadership to open new accounts.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for physician visits and procedures.
- Support new market launches, including out-of-state travel as needed.
- Represent the Skilled Wound Care brand in every facility.
- Assist with recruiting top-tier providers and meet growth KPIs.
