Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Wound Care LVN/LPN to join as Regional Clinical Liaison. The role involves extensive regional travel to SNFs and long-term care facilities across the U.S., supporting wound care education and patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with wound care physicians, coordinate visits, and help launch new markets while earning a base salary of $75,000–$90,000 with quarterly bonuses. This position offers field-based work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license (required).
• Experience in long-term care and wound care (required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• Willingness to travel extensively, including daily regional driving and out-of-state trips with occasional overnight stays (required).
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned SWC wound care physicians to grow full, productive practices in your region.
• Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities throughout your territory.
• Support wound care education and in-services for SNF nursing staff.
• Help collect and report patient healing outcomes and visit data.
• Build relationships with SNF leadership to open new accounts and grow existing ones.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for physician visits and procedures.
• Support new market launches, including out-of-state travel as needed.
• Represent the Skilled Wound Care brand and mission in every facility.
• Assist with recruiting top-tier providers.
• Meet and exceed growth targets and KPIs.
