Qualifications

• Active CA LVN license required.
• ACLS and BLS certification (AHA compliant) required.
• Graduate of accredited WOC Nursing Education Program.
• Board Certified WOC Nurse or Certified Wound Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care to prevent and treat pressure injuries.
• Provide specialized nursing care for ostomy, wounds, incontinence.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families; support staff development.
• Maintain records, participate in QAPI activities and policy updates.
