Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking an LPN for per diem wound care shifts. The role centers on delivering high-quality patient care, following the nursing process, and collaborating with the care team to support recovery and limb preservation initiatives.

Training will be provided to build expertise in wound management, with opportunities to advance and move within the organization as needed. The position emphasizes assessment, timely intervention, and compassionate patient support.

Qualifications

• LPN license active and in good standing.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with wound care patients preferred (will train).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions including patient needs, acuity, and outcomes.
