Job Summary
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LVN provides nursing care within the scope of licensure, following hospital policies and standards.

Essential Functions

  • Administer medication, perform treatments, and provide patient care as prescribed.
  • Communicate with and keep the RN informed of patient conditions.
  • Provide pain management education and techniques.
  • Administer medication following the five rights within scope of practice.
  • Assist with rehabilitation and treatment plans, updating under RN supervision.
  • Support physicians during examinations and procedures.
  • Treat patients and families with respect, addressing psychosocial, cultural, ethnic, and spiritual needs.
  • Engage with patients and families in care planning.
  • Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Coordinate with social services regarding discharge and post-hospital needs.

Compensation & Benefits
$8,000 Sign-on Bonus
Salary Range: $21 - $26/hour
