Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Florida or LPN licensed.
• Experience in wound care management and clinical leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of the Wound Healing Institute.
• Supervise and develop clinical and support staff.
• Coordinate wound care and hyperbaric services to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor outcomes, quality measures, and departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and equipment needs.
• Promote patient satisfaction and growth of services.
• Assist with billing/documentation processes and reimbursements.
