Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a full-time Hospitalist Physician in Abingdon, VA to manage bedside wound care across SNFs and LTACHs. You will train through a wound fellowship and work with a national group using cutting-edge wound care modalities.

The role offers autonomy and a 40–60 mile travel radius with 20–30 patients per day and no night shifts, no on-call duties, and no weekend work. Training is provided during onboarding and the first 6 months of wound care fellowship.

Formación

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsabilidades

• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday (7am–4pm) or part time.
• No call and no weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Deliver modern wound management at bedside in post-acute care (SNF and LTACH).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part-time role: minimum 3 days per week; full-time: 4–5 days per week.
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within 40–60 miles of practice location.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating ~20–30 patients daily.
• Real-time clinical documentation during rounds using our wound-specific EMR.
• Paid training during onboarding + 6-month wound care fellowship.
• W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship).
