Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a General Surgeon to join National Wound Physician Group. This full-time role emphasizes clinical autonomy, satisfaction and work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend duties.

You will provide bedside wound care across multiple facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, participate in weekly rounds, and complete documentation at the point of care using our proprietary wound EMR. Paid training is provided, with a 30-hour work week option.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (SNF and LTAC).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Complete clinical documentation in real-time during rounds using our EMR.
• Manage patient flow across multiple facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.
