Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a registered nurse leader to coordinate the center's wound care program in Albuquerque. The role oversees the wound team, care planning, and documentation while driving prevention and quality improvement.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN/LVN/LPN license in-state and has management experience. This position emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, evidence-based care, and adherence to policy protocols while ensuring patient safety and program

Qualifications

• Current in-state RN/LVN/LPN license is required.
• One year of nursing management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead wound team rounds and processes; oversee care plans and documentation.
• Identify and monitor pressure ulcer and skin condition information for the center.
• Collect, analyze, and share pressure ulcer data with staff and clinicians.
• Investigate center practices to implement preventive interventions and accurate Braden risk assessments on admission.
