Job summary

Molnlycke Health Care seeks a Clinical Specialist in Florida to educate clinicians, support sales teams, and champion advanced wound care. You will travel 40-60% of the time across Florida and Southern Alabama, delivering education, validating product use, and building clinical partnerships.

The role requires a Nursing or Physical Therapy background with CWOCN/CWON/CWCN or ABWM certification preferred and 5–7 years of nursing experience. Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or related field.
• CWOCN, CWON, CWCN (WOCN board certification) or CWS (ABWM board certification) required prior to employment.
• Approximately 5–7 years of progressively responsible nursing experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of wound care industry; strong industry & clinical network preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required credentialing to perform job.
• Willingness for overnight travel and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Advance the Clinical Sales Strategy by partnering with Strategic Accounts, Area Sales Managers, and Territory Sales Managers to support targets and optimize patient outcomes.
• Deliver clinical education through in-services, hands-on product demonstrations, peer-to-peer sessions, workshops, and regional trainings.
• Present as the clinical face of the organization for customers, internal teams, and professional associations.
• Develop high-quality educational tools and content that strengthen clinical understanding and product utilization.
• Support sales execution by providing real-time clinical expertise, validating product use, and driving adoption in priority accounts.
• Onboard and mentor new Territory Sales Managers, and provide ongoing clinical development for tenured staff.
• Identify clinical advocates, KOLs, and potential research partners within wound care; represent the organization in wound care associations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development to align messaging and clinical programs.
• Travel 40–60% across the territory to meet customer and partner needs.
