Job summary

Molnlycke is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Wound Care for Florida, covering Orlando/Tampa and surrounding territory. You will travel 40-60% to educate clinicians, deliver hands-on demonstrations, and partner with Territory Managers to drive clinical programs.

You will lead education initiatives, develop tools, and represent Molnlycke in professional communities. A nurse or PT with WOCN credentials is required, along with 5–7 years of nursing experience and state credentialing.

Qualifications

• CWOCN®, CWON®, CWCN® (WOCN) certification required prior to employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years progressively responsible nursing experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of wound care industry; strong network preferred.
• Experience presenting to large and small groups.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing; overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Advance the Clinical Sales Strategy with Account Managers to support targets and patient outcomes.
• Deliver clinical education through in services, product demonstrations, peer sessions, workshops, and regional trainings.
• Present confidently as the clinical face of Molnlycke to customers, internal teams, and professional associations.
• Develop high-quality educational tools and content to strengthen clinical understanding and product use.
• Support sales by providing real-time clinical expertise and ensuring proper product application.
• Onboard and mentor new Territory Sales Managers; provide ongoing clinical development for tenured staff.
• Identify and build relationships with clinical advocates, KOLs, and potential research partners.
• Represent the organization within wound care associations and professional communities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development on messaging and programs.
• Travel 40-60% across the territory to meet customer and partner needs.

We’re seeking a Clinical Specialist who is bold in sharing expertise, leads with passion when educating others, and embraces partnership with clinicians to improve care. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our sales organization, supporting clinicians and Territory Managers across Florida and Southern Alabama. You’ll travel throughout your territory to deliver education, lead in services, elevate clinical practice, and champion advanced wound care solutions — all while helping drive meaningful change in healthcare.

What You’ll Do

• Actively represent the organization within key wound care associations and professional communities.
• Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development to align on messaging, strategy, and clinical programs.
• Travel 40-60% across the territory to meet the needs of customers and internal partners.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or a related specialty required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• CWOCN®, CWON®, CWCN® (WOCN® board certification) or CWS® (ABWM® board certification) Clinician is required prior to employment
• Approximately 5 -7 years progressively responsible, work related experiencein nursing
• Comprehensive knowledge of wound care industry; Strong industry & clinical network preferred
• Experience in presenting to large and small groups
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required credentialing to perform job
• Comfortable with overnight travel; Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
