Job summary

National Wound Physician Group in Macon, GA is seeking a full-time Bariatric Surgeon to join our wound care team. This role offers clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities.

You will deliver bedside wound care across facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, conduct weekly rounds, and participate in paid training plus a 6-month wound care fellowship during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Full-time work with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings across multiple facilities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds and participate in a wound care fellowship during onboarding.
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, seeing 20–30 patients per day.
