Job summary

Hill Country Wound Care and Hyperbarics is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our wound care team across Greater San Antonio. You will work directly with board-certified wound care physicians in a collaborative, patient‑first environment at three Greater San Antonio clinic locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with current state licensure.
• Experience in wound care, dermatology, surgery, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced evaluation and management of patients with acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on wound care management.
• Document wound assessments, procedures, and follow-up visits in the medical record.
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the wound care program.
