PowerBack Rehabilitation seeks a skilled RN leader to drive a Skin Health and Wound management program across nursing centers. You will coordinate with management, oversee wound care products, and lead a team in best practice wound care.

The role requires RN licensure, national wound certification, and commitment to ongoing training and monthly calls. A strong emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a RN license (MPT/DPT with leadership review/approval).
• Must complete Skin Health Team Lead orientation training and Wound Basics within 90 days of hire.
• Commitment to attend monthly support calls is required.
• Must have national accredited wound certification (CWS, CWCN, WCC, CWON, WOC, AWCC) or commit to complete Advanced Wound Training within 1 year of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong knowledge base of acceptable standards of care for nurses, providers, therapists, dietitians, and others on the nursing center team.
• Experience in team building and demonstrating respect for the interprofessional team in wound management is required.
• Must have knowledge of national wound guidelines and wound products.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and survey process is required.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Database Management, PowerPoint skills are required.
