Wound Care Physician at UNCPN / UNC Wayne in Goldsboro, NC

We are committed to providing quality and cost-effective medical care to a diverse population of patients with chronic medical conditions and special needs. Therefore, we are seeking to add a Wound Care Physician to our team. The practice has two physicians and two APPs, with two hyperbaric chambers. It is a busy practice with a full panel, hospital privileges, and hospital consults. There will be no after-hours hospital call.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am - 1:00 pm

EMR: EPIC

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Graduated from an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy school
• Wound Care experience and/or training required
• Physicians with advanced training in wound management and hyperbaric oxygen therapy preferred
• New trainees are welcome to apply
• Board Certified or Board Eligible

General Responsibilities

• Debridement
