Job summary

Willow Creek Community Church — Willow North Shore campus in Glenview, IL — seeks a Stage Production Manager to oversee weekend services and special events, building teams and delivering distraction-free worship experiences.

You’ll lead a technical arts volunteer team, recruit and train volunteers, maintain production systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with pastors and the Central Arts & Worship team to bring cohesive, impactful services to life.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops people; builds teams and trains volunteers.
• Experience with ProPresenter, audio, lighting, and video; troubleshooting systems.
• Growing, authentic relationship with Jesus; desire to help others grow in faith.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical arts volunteer team for weekends and events.
• Oversee all production aspects (audio to video) during services.
• Develop and implement training/coaching for volunteers.
