Job description

The Worship Production Technician supports the technical execution of worship services, rehearsals, ministry events, and special programs through the operation and maintenance of the church’s audio, video, lighting, presentation, and other production systems. This role is responsible for helping ensure that all production environments are technically prepared, executed with excellence, and free from unnecessary distractions, allowing ministry and worship to remain the primary focus. The Worship Production Technician is expected to embrace and contribute to The Cross Church’s high-expectation culture while supporting its mission to “Spread God’s Fame by making disciples of All People.” The Worship Production Technician reports to the Creative Arts Minister.
