Job summary

Northshore Community Church is seeking a Pastor of Worship and Production who provides spiritual, strategic, and operational leadership for all worship and creative ministries. This role partners with senior leadership to shape ministry strategy, lead weekend worship, youth worship, and production teams, and develop volunteers while ensuring alignment with the church's mission.

• Passionate about developing disciples through worship, creativity, and leadership.
• Active church member or willing to become a member within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend worship and production for all creative ministries.
• Lead and develop worship and production volunteers and staff.
• Coordinate service programming, storytelling, and stage design across departments.
• Plan worship sets, service flow, and creative moments with excellence.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and shepherd WEX volunteers with department leaders.
• Lead weekly rehearsals and department meetings.
• Ensure audio, video, lighting, production, and stage environments meet high standards.
• Oversee budgeting and resource planning for WEX and creative arts.
• Partner with senior leaders to implement the church vision and ministry pathways.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and leadership development for staff.
