Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in audio engineering and music production.
• At least 2 years of experience leading worship.
• Flexible and able to joyfully adapt to a variety of ministries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate House of Prayer initiatives including worship leadership.
• Lead prayer and worship meetings and events.
• Train and mentor new worship leaders and musicians.

Skills

Musically trained on multiple instruments

Experience in audio engineering and music production

Experience leading worship

Strong communication and people skills

Experience in training and equipping others

Strong organizational skills and event coordination experience
