Job summary

Elevation Church in Billings, MT seeks a Director of Worship and Outreach to lead the worship program and oversee outreach initiatives. The role reports to the Lead Pastor and directs band rehearsals, weekly worship planning, and weekend service execution with biblically centered, engaging worship.

You will cultivate local outreach, recruit and train volunteers, and cast vision for gospel-centered service inside and beyond the church walls, modeling discipleship and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly with worship team for weekend services.
• Lead band rehearsals and direct worship during services.
• Prepare playback, click tracks, and chart builder for services.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor volunteer musicians.
• Develop local outreach and missions strategy and activities.
• Cast vision through communication, storytelling and prayer.
• Coach volunteers and staff; develop leaders for long-term impact.
