Job summary

Eagle Church is seeking a dedicated Missions and Outreach Pastor/Director to provide leadership and vision for global, regional, and local missions. The role focuses on mobilizing the congregation through prayer, giving, serving, evangelism, and partnerships with C&MA workers and local partners.

The pastor will develop strategies to engage the congregation in missions, oversee the budget, and work with church leadership to integrate outreach across ministries.

• Demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a biblical worldview.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Missions Team in developing, implementing and evaluating Eagle Church’s overall missions’ strategy and policies.
• Develop and lead a Local Outreach Team to explore and implement ministry initiatives in the surrounding community.
• Recruit, equip, and develop volunteers and lay leaders to participate in missions and outreach ministries.
• Collaborate with staff to integrate missions, outreach, and evangelism.
• Oversee the mission’s budget and stewardship of resources.
• Communicate stories of God’s work through missions and outreach partnerships.
• Evaluate partnerships for greater engagement and Kingdom impact.
• Participate in Staff meetings and planning.
• Cultivate relationships with C&MA International Workers and ministry partners.
• Oversee adult short-term missions trips and collaborate with Eagle Students.
