Job summary

Southland Christian Church in Kentucky is seeking a Worship Leader to join the Creative Arts Team. You will lead worship for Sunday services at multiple campus locations and help create engaging worship experiences.

The role requires regular rehearsal (~2 hours on weeknights) and about 7 hours on Sundays, with opportunities for mentorship and development with your supervisor. You will also coordinate with staff meetings when schedules permit.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship for our weekend services on a regularly scheduled basis at any of our campus locations
• Lead worship for large events and worship events as needed
• Be fully prepared and present for all rehearsals as scheduled
• Connect regularly with your supervisor for mentorship and development
• Submit your hours regularly through Southland’s Paycor account
• Attend staff meetings if other work schedules allow
• Other Duties as assigned
