Job summary

Trinity Anglican Church of Littleton Colorado is seeking a Worship Leader to lead Sunday worship, mentor musicians, and collaborate with clergy. This role supports either part-time or full-time tracks depending on experience, with emphasis on developing worship arts and community.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree and 3–5 years of worship leadership, with skills in voice, piano, guitar, and planning tools. A strong emphasis on spiritual formation and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Theology, Bible, Religion, Worship Arts or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience leading worship ministry.
• Strong musical skills and ability to lead diverse worship styles.

Responsibilities

• Lead musical weekly church worship services (two services weekly) and for all special services.
• Collaborate with Rector to plan musical selection for worship services and ensure alignment with church theology and calendar.
• Coordinate availability and coverage for weeks unavailable, communicating eight weeks in advance when possible.
• Mentor and develop worship team members and recruit volunteers for Sunday mornings.
• Oversee Audio-Visual components and train AV team members.
• Attend weekly staff meetings.
