Job summary

Christ’s Church at Tiffin is seeking a Worship Leader/Associate Minister to plan and lead Christ-centered worship for weekly services and special occasions, including Easter and Christmas Eve. This role blends musical leadership with hands-on ministry alongside our pastoral team.

Responsibilities include selecting songs, mentoring volunteers, coordinating with the Lead Pastor on service planning, posting services online, and managing instruments, equipment, and licensing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading worship and coordinating with pastoral teams.
• Ability to mentor and recruit volunteers for a worship ministry.
• Strong musical and vocal leadership with teamwork and planning.
• Familiarity with sound/media setup and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead weekly worship services and select songs aligned with themes.
• Recruit, mentor, and shepherd worship volunteers; build a healthy team.
• Coordinate weekly service planning with the Lead Pastor and church staff.
• Post services online and oversee instruments, equipment, and licensing needs.
• Support broader ministry tasks like event planning and pastoral care as needed.
