Job summary

Christ’s Church at Tiffin is seeking a Worship Leader / Associate Minister to plan and lead Christ-centered worship for weekly services and special occasions. The role collaborates with our pastoral team and shepherds a volunteer worship team, while coordinating sound and media for the congregation.

Beyond music, the position supports spiritual growth, pastoral care, and multi-role ministry opportunities such as event planning and outreach, with potential for bi-vocational responsibilities

Qualifications

• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to church mission.
• Worship leadership experience with ability to lead vocally.
• Interpersonal skills for relational ministry and stage presence.
• Bible college or seminary training preferred; sound/media familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Select songs aligned with worship themes and sermon series.
• Recruit and mentor worship team volunteers.
• Collaborate weekly with Lead Pastor on service planning.
• Post services online and oversee sound/media coordination.
• Manage instruments, equipment, and licensing needs.
• Support church-wide events, care for people, and staff vision.
