Job summary

Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is seeking a Worship and Connections Pastor to lead worship experiences and facilitate church assimilation.

The role involves planning engaging services, developing systems to connect guests, and overseeing worship teams. A Bachelor’s degree and a solid experience in worship leadership are required. The pastor will work collaboratively with the Senior Pastor and church staff.

Qualifications

• A committed follower of Jesus Christ demonstrating spiritual maturity.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in worship leadership and/or connections ministry.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging worship services with alignment to church vision.
• Recruit and train worship team members.
• Manage worship rehearsals and song selection.
• Oversee guest services and ensure a welcoming environment.
