Qualifications

• Create a culture of worship throughout Relevant Church.
• Direct and implement worship ministries for all ages.
• Recruit, audition, and train musicians and vocalists.
• Plan weekly worship sets and manage technology in worship.
• Craft the unique sound of Relevant Church.
• Manage worship and production elements for services.
