Job summary

Christiancareercenter seeks an Associate Pastor for Worship and Music to plan, direct, and evaluate the church's music ministries, including choirs, ensembles, praise teams, bands, and related media. The role functions as a pastor and includes care of the congregation, teaching and preaching as needed.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled musician with diverse worship styles, strong communication, and the ability to recruit and develop worship and media teams while fostering spiritual growth

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead worship services with the Senior Pastor.
• Recruit, train, and shepherd worship team members and volunteers.
• Oversee choirs, ensembles, bands, and seasonal programs.
• Ensure sound, media, and AVL equipment is maintained.
• Develop annual worship and media budgets with volunteers.
• Lead streams and video ministries with spiritual leadership.
