The ideal candidate will be an experienced vocalist and musician who can

lead the congregation in offering God-honoring worship. This role requires a leader who can

develop individuals and teams, fostering a spirit of unity in the body and excellence in musical

worship.

Cross Church is a multi-site church consisting of 6 locations in Arizona and 3 international campuses. Cross Church is expositional in our preaching and teaching, Elder-led in our governance, and experiential in our worship. Additionally, Cross Church is a Southern Baptist Church. Potential candidates should either be Southern Baptists or have an understanding of Southern Baptist church life and share a similar doctrinal conviction.
