Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the NBC Worship Team and schedule stage volunteers.
• Serve as primary Worship Leader on Sundays and train other volunteers.
• Implement new congregational songs with the Elders.
• Report music selections for weekly bulletins.
• Establish a plan to grow NBC's musical efforts.
• Oversee NBC property used for worship.
• Maintain sound equipment readiness for services.
• Prepare and maintain an annual Worship Team Budget.
