Job summary

Compass Church Naples is seeking a passionate worship leader to join our pastoral team. The role focuses on deepening the worship culture and developing future leaders within a growing church in Naples, FL.

The position is full-time with benefits and a housing allowance eligibility. You will collaborate with the senior pastor and staff to shape ministry direction and equip volunteers for meaningful worship experiences.

• Experience in worship ministry and leadership.
• Ability to develop a worship culture within a church.
• Commitment to discipleship and people development.

Responsibilities

• Serve alongside the pastoral team to address needs of a growing church.
• Plan corporate worship times in coordination with the senior pastor.
• Proactively plan and execute musical, vocal, technical, and special elements of weekly services.
• Coordinate volunteers on the worship and production teams (audio/video, setup).
• Collaborate in discipleship, development, and care of the congregation.
• Pursue ongoing personal spiritual growth and ministry leadership development.
• Support staff tasks including social media and church communications.
• Align with Compass Church Naples’ doctrinal statement, mission, and values.
• Participate in leadership decisions and future church planting opportunities.
