Job summary

Legacy Church is seeking a Co-Worship & Creative Director to co-lead worship with the Worship Director and oversee the Creative department. The role involves Sunday leadership, creative vision, and multisite planning as the church launches a second campus.

You will collaborate across ministries to maintain brand voice, oversee digital media and merchandising, and ensure high‑quality worship experiences aligned with leadership vision.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of worship ministry experience at a mid‑to‑large church.
• Experience in creative direction, marketing, or brand management.
• Experience leading and developing volunteer teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred—not required.
• Multisite church experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sunday worship as part of a rotating leadership team.
• Develop setlists aligned with preaching calendar and vision.
• Oversee the Creative department including communications and digital media.
• Directly oversee the Digital Media Lead and Merch Leads.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan series, branding, and campaigns.
